Returns PolicyDifferent returns policies apply depending on whether you have bought ready made jewellery, bespoke jewellery or Fingerprint Jewellery.Bespoke JewelleryUnder the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the order confirmation. Your order will be refunded in full minus a charge of £3.50 for admin and postage.As your order is completely personalised you may return products only if the item is faulty or differs substantially from the details provided by you when placing the order or as agreed, in writing, on consultation. In this event your item will be repaired or replaced. Fingerprint jewellery including Mini MastersUnder the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the impression kit. You will receive a refund provided that you return your unused impression kit with a cancellation letter. Your purchase will be refunded in full minus a charge of £7.50 for admin and/or dispatch of impression kits. If impression kits are not returned then we reserve the right to charge an additional £3.50 per impression kit.As your order is completely personalised you may return completed products only if the item is faulty or personalisation details do not match those provided by you. In this event your item will be repaired or replaced. Specific requirements must be made clear on return of your impression kit and consultation will be made with you in the unlikely event your requirements cannot be met. If no specific requirements are given then we have complete liberty to place the print and/or wording in whatever format wherever seems most appropriate to our PMC artists and you accept that when placing your order. All items are made from pure silver, pure gold or pure silver plated in pure gold unless otherwise stated. You should be aware that these precious metals in their purest form are softer than say Sterling silver or 9ct gold as these have impurities added to make them stronger. As such over time these items will wear more quickly than their less pure counterparts. Functional parts requiring hard wear and the items the fingerprint parts are attached to are made from their stronger counterparts such as jumprings, cufflink backs, chains, tie slides, brooch backs, bracelets etc. Replacement products for faulty or incorrect items are provided under further consultation between you and us. Ready made jewelleryUnder the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products.Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described may be returned for a full refund except for the postage and packaging charges. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. This does not apply to items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (as detailed above) nor for bespoke jewellery (including Fingerprint Jewellery). Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase. *Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Simply post the item back to us with a brief explanation as to why you have returned it. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
